Just when I thought that there is no Hope for Malaysia, the one who inspires me is free to think and free to write again. Yes, RPK walked out a free man today. A fantastically good news, to top up a week of fantastically good news for me (read: Mr President Obama).

I am going to celebrate this news with a Martini. And when I read RPK's first article after his release, I think I am going to cry. And when RPK throws mud on the faces of those who walk along the Corridors of Power, I am going to roll down laughing myself to tears of glee.

There is still hope for our country. Martin Luther's "I have a dream..." has resulted in the dream transforming into reality for the UNITED States of America. It is only a matter of time for a more united, more free, and more equal Malaysia. With patriots like RPK, Haris Ibrahim and Malik Imthiaz, hope is a fire still burning bright.

Just for your information or you may be aware of. The name Syed (male) and Sharifa (female) are supposed to be named for the descendents of the Prophet & His family. It is supposed to reflect wisdom and virtues in the individuals with such names. But very often we do get sh*theads !
Btw, welcome back. Feels like spring eventhough old man winter is around the corner.
